minimumReleaseAgeExclude:block was added solely to let the Renovate security update foresbuild@0.28.1(and its@esbuild/*platform packages) bypass the 3-dayminimumReleaseAgewindow. That window has now elapsed, so the exclusion list is dead config.Changes
